A week ago, I was invited along with other guests and bloggers as well as the management team and members of Land Cris Somerset Development Corp to witness the unveiling of Garnet Tower and partaking in their Wine Tasting to cap the event at Lancris Residences.
It should be remembered that last May 2015, the Garnet Tower Showroom hold a blessing wherein the showroom exhibit the three-meter floor to floor height, spacious unit cuts of the two-bedroom and three-bedroom, and balcony features of the Garnet Tower.
The Garnet Tower is a 138 unit complex. The second residential tower of Lancris Residences, it has two-bedroom (approx. 52 sq. m.), three-bedroom (approx. 81 sq. m), and special four-bedroom penthouse (approx. 103 sq. m.) units exclusively for residential purposes only. Garnet Tower will also have its own Sky Garden, like the one in Diamond Tower, a recreational park on top of the tower.
In the months ahead, other amenities such as the Clubhouse will be unveiled and soon the Garnet Tower will be ready for turnover.

And that is what I witnessed as I look over their two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. I love how the unit gave a feeling of spaciousness and the feeling of living in a suburb while in a condo. Its homey atmosphere as well as the idea that the units are semi-furnished, ready with partitions, bedroom, overhead kitchen cabinet, induction cooker, shower enclosure, and other unit essentials is what I love about the idea of wanting to live here.
