As an active player in the real estate industry, NLI holds an enduring pledge in keeping it green. The trusted developer of mid-income communities expressed this support through several conservation practices which includes tree planting.

“It is highly important that we involve all our people in the values that we uphold here at NorthPine Land. The conservation of the environment is an integral part of what we do. This is why we make sure to make it a part of our duty and fulfill it accordingly,” said NLI President, Alan Cruz, who took part in the activity himself.

Following the tradition, staff and sellers planted araucaria pine trees at Wind Crest, the 5-hectare Modern American Country-inspired lifestyle community developed by NLI. Characterized with a pointed shape and having horizontal branches, the araucaria symbolizes continuous growth and prosperity for NorthPine Land. It is evergreen which means it is perennially fresh. Its color does not fade and it does not shed leaves seasonally, a symbol of fortitude and fine living embodied by NLI.

Sellers and brokers from Pampanga and other areas in the North were the primary participants of the activity as part of their familiarization tour of the South where they were introduced to NorthPine projects as well as several attractions in the area.
