Looking for your dream house that you can call your own will be one of
the biggest decision you will ever make in your life. Thank goodness there are

let your dreams come to

Philippines. They are committed to providing premium communities most
especially to the middle-income market.
Last September 3, 2016,

Philippines – Pampanga where one of their land development and residential
housing Montana Views is located.
Montana Views is a
residence of promise with its gorgeous line-up of Modern American Country model
houses and attractive amenities such as pocket parks, basketball court and
swimming pool. Amid its soothing environs is its proximity to the city
proper which is only 6.5 kilometers away.
A stunning property
nestled in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, this new residential project of
NorthPine Land is their maiden project in Central Luzon. It has model houses
like the Quincy, Lindsey, Bryn, and Aven.
For over two decades, NLI has carved its niche with various landmark developments in the South Luzon as well as in Eastern Manila areas.
With their
mission of making your dreams come to life by providing homes and improving the
quality of life, their vision is to be one of the country's trusted property

Montana Views is an expansive property is currently being developed and offers
a refreshing view of the majestic Mount Arayat. It is a new kind of lifestyle
for future residents in Pampanga and a home for bright opportunities in life,
in short, it’s “Life shines anew.”
Future expansion and development should be expected
for Montana Views. When completed, the neighborhood will have stylish and
well-functional amenities such as pocket parks, basketball court and swimming
pool. The development for Montana Views was set in motion early this year.
Montana Views is situated at Brgy.
Calulut City of San Fernando bordering Mexico, Pampanga, the property
is just a few turns away from MacArthur Highway. This makes daily destinations
accessible as San Fernando’s city proper is just 6.5 kilometers away. And
wouldn’t you know it, it also near Manila.
With Montana Views easy accessibility to any point in Pampanga, we also
have the opportunity to visit several of its famous to-go landmarks and a
rolled-into-one religious, cultural and
culinary trip. And we feel like a tourist during the tour because we have a
tour guide, can you believe it? Renown history buff Richard Pomar Burgos of the
DOST’s Science and Technology Information Institute was our official tour
guide.
After visiting NorthPine
Land’s maiden property development Montana Views, our next tour commenced and
we visited the following:
BETIS CRAFTS, INC.
One of the places included in my bucket list, Betis Crafts is a
must-visit store if you love intricately crafted furniture.
Crafting furniture for more than four decades now, Betis has gained
worldwide popularity and a variety of customers all over the world. Betis
Crafts is owned by Jose Bituin, a native of San Miguel, Betis, Guagua. Over the
years, BCI has mastered the art that captured the taste of world-class
designers, hotels and restaurants in many parts of the world including Europe,
Middle East and the USA.
Here are the following trivia you should know about Betis Crafts Inc:
Betis Crafts employs 300 highly skilled workers with 7 satellite
factories in Concepcion, Tarlac, and produces 3500 pieces per month.
Betis Crafts did the “Solihiya” weaving of the Papal Chair during Pope
Francis’ visit.
Betis also did the Miss Universe Chair in 1994 used by Miss Universe
1994 Sushmita Sen.
Betis
did most of the furniture in the Palace of Qatar.
ST. JAMES THE APOSTLE PARISH CHURCH OR BETIS CHURCH
Betis
Church or the St. James the Apostle Parish Church is an architectural and
religious pride in Guagua, Pampanga and declared as a National Cultural
Treasure by the National Commission for Culture and Arts.
Famed for its amazing
hand-painted walls and ceiling that depicts stories from the bible, the Betis
Church, or St. James the Apostle Parish is often called "the Sistine
Chapel of the Philippines."
This Baroque-style
church dates back to the mid-1600s and has the most impressive and elaborate
ceiling murals and interior paintings. The original ceiling mural was painted by one of
the most well-known painters in the late 19th century, Simon
Flores where he incorporated Spanish, Latin American, Oriental and European arts
in completing the murals.
KUSINA NI ATCHING
LILIAN
Pampanga is known as
the culinary capital of the Philippines and here resides the gatekeeper of
Kapampangan cuisines, Atching Lilian. Atching Lilian hold the
stories from long ago that explain how native Kapampangan dishes came to be.
This is one of my
favorite part of the tour as we get to eat heirloom/traditional dishes cooked
by no less than Atching Lillian! After devouring delicious dishes like the Sisig, Papaitan, Inihaw na Hito, Steamed Ampalaya to name a few.
Atching Lillian demonstrated
to us how to make San Nicolas Cookies, a cookies mould in the figure of a
Saint.
PAMINTUAN MANSION
It’s
nice to be back at Pamintuan Mansion. The last time I was here, it was the
office of BSP and we made a personal appearance to the Director after a bank
event. Now transformed to a Museum, the Pamintuan Mansion is still as eerie and
lovely as the first time I’ve been here. I love old houses and this is one of
the most preserved heritage house you will enjoy visiting. More than 120-year-old,
the Pamintuan Mansion was
a gift by Don Florentino Torres
Pamintuan and Valentina Torres to their son Florentino who was about
to get married.
It
also has significant historical value since Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo placed the
seat of government of the First Philippine Government here for three months in
the year 1899.
The museum has nine
galleries showcasing the house century-rich history. Accessories, textiles,
furniture, clothing and even a music room divides the museum. Can you imagine
listening to a song recorded early as 1896? Awesome.
Pamintuan Mansion also have a rooftop with a 360- degree view of the town
and we were told that it’s the best seat to enjoy watching the sunset.
CENTER FOR KAPAMPANGAN STUDIES AT HOLY ANGEL UNIVERSITY
There’s only a few schools
in the country which houses a museum inside and the Holy Angel University housed
not only one but three museums safeguarding the cultural and historical wonders
of Pampanga and nearby provinces. Its Center
for Kapampangan Studies is a repository of religious and ethnic history of the Kapampangans.
My favorite part is the Vicente
Manansala Art Gallery, a National Artist and the famous son of Macabebe,
Pampanga. Here you will find an extensive collection of his works and
memorabilia.
There’s also a Pinatubo Museum
where everything you want to know about Mt. Pinatubo and the time it was
erupted can be found here.
It got a little bit weird when we saw the "Death
Mask" prominently displayed in the museum. Death Mask depicts the last
facial expression of a person and here, the three-death mask of famous
Kapampangan such as that of Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino (made during his
wake at the Sto. Domingo Church), Jaime Cardinal Sin and the King of Philippine
Movies Fernando Poe Jr. can be seen here
Another interesting historical
facts I’ve learned at the Holy Angel University is the proof of existence of
the Macabebe Brothers, a group
of assassins during the period of American history in the Philippines.
TOLL HOUSE
The tour ended up at
the Toll House, a restaurant in Pampanga famous for its Baked Mac for a
refreshing stop before going back. We also indulged in our trip back with Kabigting’s
Halo Halo, a famous halo-halo with just a pastillas as its ingredients.
Overall, it was a wonderful tour
and we appreciate NorthPine Land for giving us a tour of Pampanga and seeing
how Montana Views can be the place for your dream home.
