The Goodness of Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus

by - August 08, 2019

In our household, hardly two or three days would passed until we have a viand of Bangus on our table. Thats how our family love Bangus. Bangus may be a bony fish but still most Filipino household will buy it, after all its our national fish and also delicious. It is also affordable and available anytime because it is abundant.

Its a good thing there is Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus whose range of fresh although frozen products that we can buy in the market or grocery. Usually its a hit or miss when you buy Bangus in the market, I seriously hate that 2lasang putik,” in some of the Bangus we usually buy. With Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus, we can still get the freshness of milkfish as if it came from the straight from the sea. It is expertly deboned, blast frozen and vacuum sealed.

A few days ago my family was ecstatic when a box of Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus were delivered in our house. Inside were varieties of Sarangani Bay Bangus in Boneless Milkfish Marinated, Boneless Milkfish Belly, Boneless Smoked Milkfish.

So what to do with these load of goodness? Well, the smoked bangus doesn't need any embellishment because its its yummy when fried. Next week I will try to turn the other one into flakes and topped it in Palabok.

With the marinated one and the Milkfish Belly, my brother made Sinigang Bangus Belly and he oven-baked the marinated one with egg and tomato sidedish.
