It's a Joyful Christmas at SM City Marikina
Don't look now but SM City Marikina is about to have its joyful Christmas this season of giving!
The season we're all excited about is here once again. Its that time of the year when everyone celebrates in our favorite mall and today the big day has come at SM City Marikina to light up its annual giant Christmas display at the mall atrium.
🎶Christmas time is finally here.I can feel it in the air.Decorations and toys,the cute bears of joy,fill me up with Christmas cheer 🎶
So goes my favorite SM christmas jingle... Everything becomes joyful as SM City Marikina lights up its Christmas centerpiece and brings the entire mall with a light so bright bringing joy in our hearts.
The Christmas centerpiece is a visual spectacle which features a towering 20-feet gazebo with large gifts, colorful benches, a swing and Christmas trees and an abundantly adorned by red and gold Christmas balls Christmas Tree on top of it.
The lighting ceremony was led by Marikina local officials headed by Vice Mayor Marion Andres with City Councilors Joji Banzon, Cloyd Casimiro, Rommel Acuna, Kate de Guzman, Sam Ferriols, Carl Africa, among others, and representative from BFP. They were joined by SM City Marikina Mall Manager Francis Bryan Cruz. The launch was made more entertaining with Santa's favorite reindeer and elfs doing a Christmas musical from the talented performers of Madison Events.

SM City Marikina is launching again the Bears of Joy, an annual charity program of SM Supermalls wherein shoppers can also participate by buying a pair of Christmas Teddy Bears for P250 from the Bears of Joy booth. One of the two bears will be donated to a selected charity, while the donor can take the other one home. SM City Marikina will give the accumulated donated bears to Marikina daycare centers.
