Inilunsad kahapon, Disyembre 1, ng LRMC ang LRT-1 Christmas Train na may temang #LRT1MusicOfChristmas
Makikita sa loob ng Generation-3 train set na ito ang 3D decals na may iba’t-ibang music genres tulad ng Christmas classical music at contemporary na may focus sa retro pop.
“We chose Music of Christmas as the theme this year as we believe that music brings people together, like in LRT-1, we are bringing people from different places together,” wika ni LRMC President and CEO Juan F. Alfonso.
Ang launch event sa LRT-1 Baclaran Station ay binigyang saya ng mga performances mula sa ilang miyembro ng Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, LRT-1 train operators at station operations team na kumanta sa loob ng train, at ilang mga guro mula sa Timoteo Paez Elementary School-136601-PYC.
Dumalo din sa launch event si Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano.
