Aura for the Sony Fit Fest and experience an afternoon of Yoga , Zumba, Mixed Martial Arts, and Brazilian
jiu-jitsu classes.
The Sony Fit Fest is the first ever work out
party launched by Sony Channel held last July
7, 2018. The event encourages everyone to embrace a healthy lifestyle and to
make time for regular physical activity. With the trend currently leaning toward
advocating a healthy lifestyle, Sony Fit Fest emphasized that now is the time
to start their journey towards becoming fit and healthy.
From 1 pm to 8 pm, the fitness festival goers get
to choose among glow-in-the-dark yoga, zumba, mixed martial arts, and Brazilian
jiu-jitsu classes. What made the Fit Fest more enjoyable is that between
classes there was a series of surprise exercise challenges prepared to the
participants. To hardcore fitness enthusiasts, a circuit space is reserved for those
who want strength training.
