Recognizing the fairer stalwarts of pastry making, the Academy of Pastry and Bakery Arts Philippines pitted the best of the best in the Academy in its first edition ‘Pastry Queen Philippines 2017’ where the winner will then compete at the Ladies World Pastry Championship to be held at the SIGEP, Rimini, Italy.
