Christmas Shines Brightest at SM City Clark and SM Pampanga
After ushering in the Christmas season
with a grand display of Disney-themed centrepieces, SM City Clark and Sm
Pampanga makes the Christmas shines brighter with the official launch of pyro
fest 6 and the biggest lantern of hope.
Pampanga as the Christmas capital of the
country is known for celebrating the season with festive activities. Beginning
November 17, 2017, SM City Clark will hold the Pyro Fest for the sixth consecutive
years. Since 2012, Pyro Fest makes Christmas merrier and much brighter with a
grand pyro musical show. For this 2017, SM City Clark reveals more of the world
we already know as the theme centered on Pyro Fest 6: Unravel the World’s Wonder.
My friends and I were fortunate enough
to witness the grand launch last November 17 where the repertoire for that
evening is all about Asia’s Pop Treasure. We were awed with the pyro techniques
displays with songs from beloved Korean, Japanese and familiar Philippines
tunes in the background.
The Pyro Fest 6 will light up anew in
the following evenings, November 18, 24 and 25, Fridays and Saturdays, at 7 pm
at the SM City Clark’ The Meeting Place:
November 17 – Asia’s Pop Treasure
November 18 – Europe’s West End Secrets
November 24 – Americas Hollywood Tales
November 25 – Latin American Nights

To cap off the Shine Brightest this
Christmas theme, SM Pampanga will turn the tallest Ferris wheel in the country into
the Biggest Lantern of Hope in a grand pyro musical show. The amazing fireworks
and light display of the picturesque 213-foot tall wheel will be accompanied
with our all-time favorite Filipino Christmas carols.
The Ferris wheel serves as the giant
parol of Pampanga which symbolizes the Star of Bethlehem. It will be mounted
with LED lights and the on-ground and aerial fireworks and will be transformed
into a lantern making it a symbol of hope for everyone especially this season
of love and sharing.
Shoppers will witness this Biggest
Lantern of Hope on December 1, 2017 at 6:0 pm over at SM Pampanga’s The
Ampitheater.
