Studio Bake Bread Gallery opens in Festival Mall Alabang
Fans
of bread will be happy to know that a bread gallery recently opened at Festival
Mall. Called Studio Bake Bread Gallery, visitors will be ecstatic at the wide variety
of fresh breads, be it kneaded, baked or rolled, available here. Located in the
expansion wing of the mall and overlooking a lovely scenery, the Studio Bake is
a convenient pitstop to either eat in or simply buy bread for takeaway.
Owned by the Escudero
family who have two decades of being in the food industry under their belt, what
set Studio Bake apart from others is the uniqueness of their signature breads
and how it is made on site that guarantees its freshness. Imagine your bread
being baked before the sun is completely up.
An instagramable
place, Studio Bake is designed as gallery with the breads and pastries as its
arts. The place is well-lit and you can see the breads being baked on site.
When
asked what breads she would highly recommend to a Studio Bake first-timer, she said
that all the breads are good but the Cream Cheese Bun, Baguettes, and these Danish pastries are a must-try.

Bake Bread Gallery is packed with sweet, laminated and artisanal breads you can
imagine. Believe me when I said that my friends and I super love the Sticky Cinnamon,
Pesto Rolls and the Cream Cheese Bun.
They
also have Enseymadas with lots of cheese toppings, Cheesy Hotdog Roll, Croissants,
Chocolate Twist, Ube Swirl, and their amazing set of Danish pastries with blueberry,
apple, and peach mango toppings. If you’re into classic breads, they have Baguettes,
Plain Toast and Cheesy Toast among others.
