5 Things You Missed at The Square Happy Summer Carnival Fiesta Musica
Next to Christmas season, Summer has always been
the Filipinos “Let’s Enjoy It” season. And to celebrate this year’s summer last
hurrah, The Square - the mall and
community activity center of Lancaster New City - spread the sunny vibes of the
season with a series of activities for its Happy
Summer Carnival.
Lancaster New City boasts of a mall and a community
center, which even non-residents and those living from communities nearby can access
to. The
Square have an open space dubbed as Central Greens which serves as a venue
for events such as Mother’s Day and other fun treats and activities.
Last June 2, 2018, The Square’s Happy Summer Carnival attracted lots of people and
shoppers for their Fiesta Musica, here are the five things you missed during
the summer celebration:
The Wish Bus
visited the Square! The Fiesta Musica aims to celebrate some of the best OPM
artists in the country and guess what, they performed live at the popular Wish
Bus of 107.5;
The night festivities sees the likes of Rapper and
songwriter Quest, Gracenote, Pedicab, and Sandwich performing before a big
crowd at the Central Greens.
The Zumba Fest for Moms and Dads. It was fun watching them exercise and groove to the music;
The carnival performances and kids zone for the
kids. It was the most active area that day where the kids have unlimited fun
and play;
The fireworks
show that cap off the night after the Fiesta Musica concert.
Indeed, the Happy Summer Festival Fiesta Musica
made the day happy for everyone. As Julian Sison, The Square’s marketing manager
shared, “We want people to enjoy and make the most out of their visit in The Square through good food, shopping,
and entertainment. We hope that with these fun activities, The Square will be everyone’s happy place.”
Good music and happy feels—what a way to cap off
one’s summer experience at the Happy Place.
