NorthPine Land Holds Montana Strands Grand Motorcade



NorthPine Land Inc. (NLI), one of the trusted property developers in the Philippines, recently conducted a grand motorcade around the City of San Fernando, Pampanga to promulgate the launch of Montana Stands, its latest residential project.


The 29-kilometer motorcade began at Montana Strands in Barangay Calulut, San Fernando City, Pampanga. The stops were at Sindalan Intersection, Waltermart-San Fernando, San Fernando City Hall and MacArthur Highway, respectively. A lot of freebies were given away throughout the long and sultry route.



Sellers, brokers, and NLI employees distributes flyers during the grand motorcade. 

More than two hundred sellers, brokers and NLI employees participated in the said event. They withstood the summer heat to help spread the word in the whole town. The motorcade was made grander by the lengthy procession of vehicles which was comprised of more than 40 cars and trucks. Group performers also graced the event as they showed off their lively and energetic dance moves.


“Montana Strands is something that NLI can brag about because of its delicately-structured houses and well-planned community. We must let our Cabalens know about this prestigious project to give them the chance of having a better family life.”, Ferdinand Macabanti, NLI General Manager enthused.

City Garden Grand Hotel Holds 2nd GRAND Skills Competition

Today, students from the Far Eastern University, National University, Philippine Women University, Lyceum and the University of Sto. Tomas got together for City Garden Grand Hotel’s 2nd GRAND Skills Competition.


For the second time City Garden Grand Hotel hold the competition where the top 5 schools competed for the chance to be the best in the following categories: Table set up with Centerpieces, Food Art, Bartending/Cocktail Mixing, and Gourmet Student Meals.






For six hours, students took the time to set up tables with their own theme and menu, prepared gourmet meals, food art and concoct drinks. Then it was time for the judges to pick the best among the best. Judges includes Chef Miko Aspiras, Jill Meneses, Chef Dennis Peralta, Jason Hussein Ali, Jordan Tan.
