NorthPine Land top sellers take home whopping rewards


As one of the trusted and growing real estate companies in the country, NorthPine Land Inc. (NLI) pursues to give back to the top sellers by giving them whopping incentives and recognition that they deserve.


Held at the luxurious and grandiose Acacia Hotel in Muntinlupa City, NLI revealed the winning survivors who exemplified exceptional sales efforts in 2017. As a way of recompensing their commitment and determination, which are the must-haves in the overly competitive property development sector, they received prestigious prizes.

The grand winners were Robert Obod (top placer for Property Associate category), Rey Nidua (top placer for Property Division Manager category), Ma. Angelic Sabillo (2nd placer for Broker Head category), and Kyre Ching (top placer for Broker Head category). They were all surprised as their rewards were presented. The winning survivors are the living proof that with determination, elusive things are possible.

Despite the challenges, they emerged victorious because of boldly going an extra mile.  They are the paragon of hard work, perseverance and determination by whom newbies in the field can look up to. NorthPine Land hopes that their triumph will move them and more sellers to keep their eyes on the prize this 2018.

Another Filipina awarded in the 100 MOST INFLUENTIAL FILIPINA IN THE WORLD.

City Garden Grand Hotel Holds 2nd GRAND Skills Competition

Today, students from the Far Eastern University, National University, Philippine Women University, Lyceum and the University of Sto. Tomas got together for City Garden Grand Hotel’s 2nd GRAND Skills Competition.


For the second time City Garden Grand Hotel hold the competition where the top 5 schools competed for the chance to be the best in the following categories: Table set up with Centerpieces, Food Art, Bartending/Cocktail Mixing, and Gourmet Student Meals.






For six hours, students took the time to set up tables with their own theme and menu, prepared gourmet meals, food art and concoct drinks. Then it was time for the judges to pick the best among the best. Judges includes Chef Miko Aspiras, Jill Meneses, Chef Dennis Peralta, Jason Hussein Ali, Jordan Tan.
