by - July 18, 2018

What’s your flavor? Only a Flavorholics will know the significant of this question or the answer to this. And did you know that there’s about 15 answers to this?

Since its first store opening at SM Megamall in December 2017, WING ZONE, one of the U.S. fastest growing restaurant brands, Filipinos have been enjoying a one-of-a-kind casual dining concept that encompasses what American cuisine is all about: original mouth-watering buffalo wings, classic hamburgers, and unique flavors. I must admit there are PLENTY of chicken joints in the metro but none can compare with WING ZONE’s wings. And I’m a chicken wings buff!

Last July 13, 2018, WING ZONE opened its second store located at The Top of the Glo, Glorietta 1 Roofdeck. The grand opening was graced by entertainment mogul, Vic del Rosario and several Viva Artists like Cristine Reyes and Shy Carlos as well as RJ Ledesma to name a few. WING ZONE was brought to the country by Viva International Food & Restaurants Inc. (VIFRI), with entertainment mogul, Vic del Rosario of the Viva Group of Companies at the helm, as the Asian Developer and the official Philippine Franchisee for the brand. And the great news is the Viva Food Group has planned for more store openings in Metro Manila until the end of 2018.

During the opening, guests partake of WING ZONE’s burgers and fifteen of its award-winning flavors that have surely teased and stimulate our taste buds. Among the flavors that goes from sweet to no heat are the Honey Q, Liquid Gold and Sweet Samurai. The, sweet and spicy comes in Thai Chili, Smokin’ Q, Mango Fire, and Tokyo Dragon. The savory consists of two flavors - Garlic Parm and Lemon Zinger. Its Dry Rubbed flavors are the Blackened Voodoo and Cool Ranch and to be missed is its the traditional Buffalo flavors which comes in Tame, Buffalo Bliss, Hot Shot and Nuclear Habanero. I am daring you to try the Nuclear Habanero!

Here are some of the flavors we've sampled.

ALL ABOUT WING ZONE:

Hatched from a frat house

On the campus of the University of Florida in 1991, Matt Friedman and Adam Scott identified a problem. Pizza was the only delivery food available to students studying late into the night or craving an after-hours snack. Matt and Adam decided it was time to fill this void and came up with the concept for WING ZONE.

For People Who Love Flavor

WING ZONE calls their fans Flavorholics—as in, those addicted to flavor. Whether you bring your crew to enjoy a meal, order delivery for delicious convenience, or call ahead to pick up one of their party platters, you'll experience the flavor fuzed goodness in their menu.  Their flavors are designed to take your food to the next level, whether you're in the mood for wings, burgers, tenders, fries, sandwiches, or something else.
