Paradise Dynasty at SM Aura Premier
My
third time at Paradise Dynasty. I love how each visit is so memorable that I
sometime wish I can have lunch here every day. As Paradise Dynasty opened its newest
branch at SM Aura Premier, expect that we will have the same superb flavor of Chinese dishes
we come to love and some. Plus, i'ts lovely setting of a long-gone era mixed with modern setup is a come-hither for you to try their refreshing take on Chinese delicacies.
We
started off with the world famous and the restaurant’s signature Xiao
Long Bao in eight distinctive flavors which is, Original, Ginseng, Foie
Gras, Black Truffle, Cheese, Crab Roe, Garlic, and Szechuan.

Of
course, dining here isn’t complete without this. By now, you should know the
steps to enjoying the Xiao Long Bao by doing it in the following manner: lift what
you prefer out of the steamer by its strongest part which is the topknot, you can
use your spoon for support if needed. Then, nibble a small hole to let out the
steam, sip the tasty soup from the spoon. Dip it gently into the dish of
vinegar and add some ginger for that full flavor… enjoy!
Even
after sampling it thrice, I still prefer the Cheese flavor.
In
this latest Paradise Dynasty food jaunt, there’s something new in their menu
and found out that it is only available in this new branch, it’s Singapore’s
favorite Chili Crab Xiao Long Bao! I love how it looks and upon tasting, the first taste will remind you
of the juice pouring out of the freshly cooked cracked crabs, that’s how scrumptious
it is. It kicks where it supposed to hit you and that is right thru your
palate. It’s so savory that we can’t help but order a second serving.
