In today's time, sardines is considered as poor Pinoy's food. But from what I'm observing lately, sardines have leveled up and created variety for a very affordable prices. We no longer have to choose between a red color label sardines or a green color label one. There exist in the market special blends and variants of sardines that can also be used to create new dishes or fusion foods. Take 555 Fried Sardines.
