Holiday Selections Bread Galore at Tinapayan Festival

by - December 24, 2015

It has been years since I've been to Dapitan and the original location of Tinapayan Festival. I miss their wide selection of Breads, Cakes and Pastries. The only time I get to eat their bread is when I visit their stall at Market Market.

When I visited them three days ago from the invite of The Big Difference, I was amazed at the number of selection they have now. As I look at their familiar bread selection, I feel so happy that I could try them fresh again from their Bakeshop.

Tinapayan Festival has always been Manila's small town treasure. Ask anyone from a 1 kilometer radius and they will happily point out Tinapayan Festival  if it is your first time to visit them.

Established thirty years ago, they have made a name for themselves and has remain true to their goals of serving quality bread that is affordable as well as delicious for its long time and new customers.

Seeing those Holiday Bread Selection is enough to salivate you. One by one they were presented to us to taste and eat. One thing is for sure, all of them looks delicious!

The Cheese Dinner Rolls is the one of the best I've ever eaten. The liberal mount of cheese on top as well as the airy and soft bread makes it great for anything

The Almond Cheese Cake is a truly amazing bread. The amount of almonds peppered on top of the bread makes its crunchy and tasty.

And their Cheese Rolls... There's something about their Cheese Rolls that is just amazing. I wonder why they differentiate it from regular and special because both are equally delicious. But then I was told that the difference lies in the Cheese used. And it's a trade secret.

One thing I noticed on most of Tinapayan's breads, they are not that sweet and will truly complement whatever drinks you want to go with it. Be it coffee, milk, Iced Tea, Fruit Juice or Soda or just plain water, the bread is delicious in itself.

When the Sylvanas, Eclairs and the Cream Puff were served, we were in Pastries Paradise. It was so yummy and hands down they have the best ever Chocolate Eclairs and Cream Puff. They are crunchy yet soft to the bite, and the fillings? They are so generous with it that you have to lick your finger because you can't get enough of it.

The Custard Cake, Crema de Fruta and the Pineapple Upside Down will be one of the reason why you will want to go back at Tinapayan. The creaminess of the Custard and Crema de Fruta is enough to make you want to eat more while their Pineapple Upside Down is sweet and a little bit fruity yet the bread is soft.

The Holiday Bread is so colorful to look at. The glaze and the fruit on top which makes its Christmasy in color is a nice addition to your Noche Buena table and its delicious taste will satisfy both the adult and the kids alike.

We also get to eat their Adobo Rolls, Chicken Rolls and Tuna Rolls. Its one of the best I've ever had and it has a generous filling that is yummy and good. Best to eat with soda I'm telling you.

But I'm saving the best for last. Tinapayan's Ensaymada is a sure best seller for me and the most delicious ever compared to others. There is now words enough to escribe them, only it is simply delicious.

Tinapayan Holiday Bread Selections is also good enough to give as gift to loved ones, co workers and friends. They will surely enjoy the delicious selections and it will be the star of your Noche Buena when you served it.

Tinapayan Festival is located in Don Quijote cor Dapitan St.
