SM Woman Launches Spring/Summer 2017 Collection
For hundred of years woman’s fashion have evolved
a lot. But let’s admit it, fashion fits only a select few leaving others to
just admire and bear the fashion of time. But SM Woman understands fashion and
over the years they have become the go-to womenswear retailer.
For this Spring/Summer 2017 collection, SM
Woman offers it clientele a game-changing products that delivers a new look for
modern woman. The new SM Woman is ready to set a standard that caters to
discerning women of style, women of informed taste, eclectic references and
specific influence.

Last March 1, 2017, SM staged a fashion show highlighting
SM Woman key summer trends. According to Ms. Jo Dy Juanco, SVP of SM Ladies
fashion, “Our woman understands fashion. It’s an onstant conversation that
inofrms our products – we wrok hard to provide clothing that clothing that… are
always in style.” SM Woman is a brand
that caters to every woman, fit to clothe all ages, body types and lifestyles
with products lines that run the gamut from up-to-date fashion.
The Spring/Summer 2017 collection are designed
for the everyday woman. They are optic whites, tropical blues, subtle florals,
crushed poplins, sporty synthetics and sheer tulles. It’s a welcoming range
that boasts of pieces fit to every age, shape and lifestyle.

The beachwear collection are a printed line up of Botanicals, the look is elevated kitsch of the best kind. With Nautical and Romantic collection, the swimwear is done up in classic one-piece styles with sailor stripes and lace-up detail. The other comes in neutral in flounced black and white bikinis with sheer embroidered cover-ups.

The Resort for SM Woman composed of day
dresses segmented with slits and asymmetric flounces paired with cropped ruffle
trousers. While the poplin collection does well with an exaggerated touch, a
constant interplay of pleats and drapery.
For me, the best things abouut this collection
is the all-white dresses done up in effortless silhouttes and off-shoulder
sheates, each one screams of class and high style.
Highlighting the collection is the roster of
international models from the Ford Modelling Agency. They were flown in from
New York and were selected to represent the archetype of the new SM Woman, one
that is feminine, youthful and versatile.
The Spring/Summer 2017 Collection are available in all SM stores
nationwide from March to May 2017.
